1. Called to Order at 7:05 PM. Present: Chip C, Jeff C, Greg A, Pete S, Jon N, Al P, Joe C (via phone)
2. Minutes approved from July (no Aug meeting) (Chip, Pete).
3. Presidents Report: Jeff received a message from WA President Moran that he was unable to contact Mike Mogle after several attempts. Joe C relayed saved voice mails from Moran contacting him in error. Joe C gave Moran correct number for Mogle but received at least 2 other calls from Moran in error. Moran wants to pay for part of the weeding directly, without paying dues. Jeff will handle this situation. We need to get a different weeding company due to poor performance of Mike Mogle. Joe C to attempt to contact one in the next few weeks to get us on a schedule for next year. Lake pump is working but there is no water to pump from river.
4. Vice President: Want to host a fall party at Jon’s garage October 18. It will be a tailgate style, MSLIA to supply porta-pottie, food (pizza/subs) and a small keg of either CJs or Kickstand beer. We will order printed cardboard sleeves ($60/1000) and printed plastic cups (around $1
   each) with our logo. Ask people to bring folding chair, dish to pass and wear their spirit gear. We will do a 50/50 raffle. Check into Slushie machine from Matt B. 1-5 PM.
5. Secretary Report: No report
6. Treasurers Report: Went over the report. YTD – collected 86% of invoices and 84% of the $ invoiced. Discussed non-payors.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Read Casey’s report. Jeff, Jon and Chip will join the Pick-em league. Discussed balance under VP.
   b. Water Quality – Have 2 quotes for lake study. The 2015 company – Restorative will update for $13.500. Other bid is $25,000 for essentially the same info. Al to follow-up and see if we can get a more comprehensive report encompassing as much of the 1995 lake study as possible.
   c. Ecology/Biology – Pete has called fish farm and is waiting on DNR approval. Al asked if we could try to supplement with Small Mouth Bass using up to $500 of unspent funds from current budget. Pete will follow-up.
   d. Lake Safety – Absent.
   e. Public Relations – Absent
   f. Government Relations – Absent.
   g. Associations – None present.
