1. Called to Order at 7:01 PM. Present: Chip C, Jeff C, Greg A, Matt B, Jon N, Pete S
2. Minutes approved from July (Pete S, Jon N).
3. Presidents Report: Gave update on lake pump, still not reinstalled. Update on latest Bay Pointe plans: They will keep the clubhouse, build a church on the buildable land at the Southwest
   corner of property, plan to keep a 9 hole course and no plans to build any residential units.
4. Vice President: Provided check for $680 from merch sales. Will provide a hockey jersey mock-up to solicit pre-orders and will look into winter flap-ear hats.
5. Secretary Report: No report.
6. Treasurers Report: Went over report. Budget under new business.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Summer party was very successful and Westacres seemed to appreciate that we moved it to CEBIA rather than floating in bay. Very well attended and many kids came. Will plan for Winter party on Feb 3 at Twin Beach. Will do Superbowl squares fundraiser and will look into UM/MSU squares. Plan for bowling in early March. Looking for Euchre update from Mike C.
   b. Water Quality – No report
   c. Ecology/Biology – Pete is trying to get a new fish survey performed as last was in 2007. DNR denied permit for Walleye and Perch. Will stock shiners and look into anything else that is acceptable.
   d. Lake Safety – No report
   e. Public Relations – No report.
   f. Government Relations – No report.
   g. Associations – No report.
