1. Called to Order at 7:05 PM. Present: Jeff C, Greg A, Chip C, Al P, Kara D, Sarah O, Mike C, Mike M
2. Minutes approved from August (Chip, Sarah).
3. Presidents Report: Will send boating rules and laws handout to Bob B for printing and lamination. Sent 7 letters to non-payers. Several were new owners that we were not notified of the property transfer. Chip will update and send new invoices. Lake level is low but pump is not available due to low river level.
4. Vice President: Absent
5. Secretary Report: Ryan A will scan old lake study so we have a digital copy. Need to include the bylaw change in a mailing with the invoices.
6. Treasurers Report: Went over reports. Zelle is working well, will need to put that option into the 2025 invoices. Proposed budget is balanced. Jeff is checking into the legal level maintenance requirement of Oakland County. Motion to approve proposed budget (Greg, Sarah) – Approved
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Absent. Not going to do squares for UofM – MSU due to poor performance of both.
   b. Water Quality – Need to focus on canal cleaning for next year and any other projects. Secchi readings and water sampling are finished for year.
   c. Ecology/Biology – Pete absent. DNR needs health certificates for the fish before stocking.
   d. Lake Safety – absent.
   e. Public Relations – Will be updating the website. Chip to send new QR code for Zelle.
   f. Government Relations – Looking at ideas to entice West Acres to voluntarily pay dues. Will need to investigate buoy/swim area regulations in terms of impeding navigable waterways.
   g. Associations – Mike M – Stony has shut down their porta-pottie for the year. Nov 9^th is cleanup and neighbor on west side of park is replacing their fence. Sarah O – CEBIA has a haunted house this year Fri and Sat prior to Halloween and on Halloween.

9. New Business – Next meeting November 13^th at Mad Hatter. We will plan to have a December Happy hour on 12/11 but no meeting. Adjourned 8:08 PM
