1. Called to Order at 7:04 PM. Present: Jeff C, Jon N, Greg A, Kara D, Sarah O, Matt B, Joe C, Casey S, Al P, Noor – Bay Pointe
2. Minutes approved from January (Matt B, Joe C). There was no meeting in February.
3. Presidents Report: Went over goals for 2025. Will print larger ½ letter size to hand out.
4. Vice President: Sold 15 or 16 of the 25 hats – need to get a check to Chip. Working with Shawn McColl on website to order swag. Will send pictures of existing merch to Kara to post on either FB or the website.
5. Secretary Report: Gave check to Al for $150 to reimburse for CLMP registration and new Secchi disk.
6. Treasurers Report: Went over reports.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Casey S/Matt B – May 22^nd is still tentative golf outing – Noor needs to check one more item before confirming. July 19^th will be Summer Party/Poker Run. Will have new burgees by April bowling fundraiser and new tent by the golf outing. Discussed putting the association names on the sides (and Bay Pointe)
   b. Water Quality – Al P – Need to get quotes by next meeting for lake study.
   c. Ecology/Biology – Joe C – have weed harvesting scheduled for 2^nd week of June and 2^nd week of August. Al and Joe will get with Noor early April to walk/boat the canal to discuss the cleaning of it.
   d. Lake Safety – Jeff to print some larger handout cards of lake rules.
   e. Public Relations – Kara D – Will update website and see about putting a summary of events on FB.
   f. Government Relations – Mike C – Absent
   g. Associations – Sarah – CEBIA has Euchre this Saturday, clean up 1^st and last weekends in April and food trucks every Thursday starting April 3^rd.
