1. Meeting called to order 7:10 PM.  Present: Linea Coles, Pete Saules, Greg Andrick,  Carim Calkins, Mark Boley, Mark Menning, Mike Caruso, Bob Barbour, Jim Mann, Brian Mann
2. Approved minutes of February Meeting.
3. Presidents Report: Discussed response from a member to the letter we sent. He felt it was heavy handed, but was not able to attend the meeting.  Discussed website and Facebook pages.  Discussed winter party.
4. V.P. Report: Absent.
5. Treasurers Report: 90 payments received so far totaling $8184.  We have $14,091 in checking and $6598.94 in DWS global infrastructure fund. TBPA invoice was returned as vacant.  Twin Beach Civic reduced the amount they paid because they said they lost members due to water quality. There were some very nice notes in the payments.  Dick Schuman paid $200, Lynn Burgess sent in $100 and asked that the overage be applied to anyone who claimed inability to pay due to hardship.
6. Secretary’s Report: Discussed the annual meeting location, will check Bay Pointe, Marshbank Park.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a.  Social – Summer party scheduled for 6/23/2012, will try to get Westacres, or CEBIA.
   b.  Water Quality – Weed harvest cost will increase 5% this year for same area, scheduled for 1st or 2nd week in August.
   c.  Ecology/Biology Need to get the initial Secchi Disk reading if anyone is going to be out on the lake.  Will be attending class on lakefront landscape by Michigan Lakes and Streams Assoc.
   d.  Lake safety – No issues.
   e.  Public Relations – Need copy of old newsletter, will edit articles for newsletter prior to leaving for Mexico.
   f.  Government Relations – No news Westacres Pete will join Mark at Westacres next meeting 2nd Monday in April
   
   
8. New Business:  Next meeting at Jeff Carroll’s newly completed lower level Apr 10, 2012.
