1. Called to Order at 7:14 PM. Present: Pete S, Greg A, Mike C, Chip C, Al P, Cody K, Brian M, Doug Browne
2. Minutes were approved from the May meeting.
3. Presidents Report: Spoke with Imlay City Fish Farm and reserved the same fish to stock as last year. Will contact DNR for a permit and will check on crayfish.
4. V.P. Report: Absent.
5. Secretary Report: No report.
6. Treasurers Report: Chip went over the financial report.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Summer party is scheduled for 8/7.
   b. Water Quality – Cody spoke with Mike Mogle and he is planning to be on the lake on July 20 or 21 st. Need to forward individual requests from homeowners about weedy areas.
   c. Ecology/Biology – Al has been testing the water quality pretty regularly. Still need to contact Michigan Lakes and Streams
   d. Lake Safety – Absent.
   e. Public Relations – Absent.
   f. Associations – None.
   
   
8. New Business – Discussed the Cox letter. Greg to call Art tomorrow and develop the next steps. Table Marine patrol discussion until August. Need to publish the OCSD marine patrol number with the summer party information email. Doug suggested an Octoberfest party.
9. Old Business – Next meeting August 11 at Matt Barron’s house.
