1. Called to Order at 7:02 PM. Present: Matt B, Jeff C, Greg A, Chip C, Casey S, Jon N, Al P, Pete S
2. Minutes approved from August (Matt, Chip).
3. Presidents Report: Went over the boating rules update, upcoming lien letters which Jeff will send. Contacted Jeff Payne to request lake pump be turned on if possible. Went over the goals set at the beginning of the year and our progress thus far. The laminated boat rules are ready for next year, we decreased the number of non-payors and no-wake rules were widely publicized on Facebook, website and newsletters. We will work on other items such as a community directory, lake survey and community relations with WA. All in all – well done.
4. Vice President: Sold all golf towels and most of thermal mugs. Gave Chip a check for $1380 in sales.
5. Secretary Report: No report
6. Treasurers Report: Went over report, we have had several people pay from the statements that we mailed last month. Went over quote for 2 cuts next year. Will have a proposed budget for October meeting (Chip’s last for the year). Looking into Zelle for the MSLIA account.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Getting a quote on a custom 10×10 pop-up tent. Trying to coordinate with Twin Beach and hosting a beer stein holding contest. Matt volunteered his slurpee machine. Suggested squares for MSU/UofM on Oct 26 th . Greg to set up.
   b. Water Quality – Signed us up for ML&SA at $250/year
   c. Ecology/Biology – Pete in contact with fish farm and DNR, hoping to get Pike this year.
   d. Lake Safety – absent.
   e. Public Relations – absent.
   f. Government Relations – Absent. Chip reminded that we need to reserve Bloomer on 3/1 for annual meeting in June
   g. Associations – None present.
   
8. Old Business – WA marked the submerged buoys with floating ones.
9. New Business – Next meeting October 9 at Multi-Lakes. Adjourned 8:00 PM
