1. Called to Order at 7:03 PM. Present: Jeff C, Greg A, Bob B, Sarah O, Casey C, Pete S, Jon N, Kara D, Matt B, Al P, Joe C
2. Minutes approved from March (Bob, Pete).
3. Presidents Report: Called 3 of the 4 remaining liened properties that had phone numbers for 2 called back and stated they would not pay. Discussion on the consultation with Gerald Fisher and Art Jalkanen on how best to proceed to collect the back dues. The final determination was to simply wait until transfer of ownership and collect when the lien needs to be cleared. Talked with Rob S (West Acres boat committee chair) about having Westacres engage in discussions to bring them back into MSLIA. The best course of action was determined to be to wait until they come to us, likely will not be anytime soon. The lake level pump has been tested and is working.
4. Vice President: Showed a Yeti-like insulated cup with logo that Jon will order – 12 blue and 12 grey. Cost is $16, suggested selling for $25. Also ordered 20 golf towels at a similar cost and same suggested sale price. Still working on a website for ordering. Can’t order more quarter zips in women’s medium due to minimum order quantities.
5. Secretary Report: Will get a postcard out for meeting notification of 6/7 annual meeting including notice that we will vote on bylaw changes which we will post on the website at least 10 days prior to 6/7. Discussed the wake boat email.
6. Treasurers Report: Went over the report provided.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – have 32 golfers and 3 sponsors signed up, we need a minimum of 72. Will have a golf pro who will sell their shot to you and half of proceeds go to us. Looking for a $300 sponsor for hole-in-one (Casey will check with Twin Beach) Will have other games and a 50/50. Poker Run/Summer party June 22. Approved ordering of new lightweight banner. Boat Rally is 8/10. Boat parade 7/4 8pm.
   b. Water Quality – Beginning Secchi disk readings this month.
   c. Ecology/Biology – Will look into stocking (Redear?) Joe C will take over the weeding. Greg to supply Mike Mogle contact info.
   d. Lake Safety – No accidents.
   e. Public Relations – Put the leash law info requested by WB on the website and Facebook.
   f. Government Relations – Absent.
   g. Associations – CEBIA food trucks every Thursday. Stoney extended their docks to the allowed length of 60’ and had their beach clean-up. Tripps looking at repairing their launch, initial bids were $20k+
8. New Business – Jeff would like Al P to look into obstruction removal from the west canal to maintain navigable waterway. Matt B suggested a volleyball tournament. Discussed again the bowling league for the fall. Next year fireworks will ask what dates are available.
9. Old Business – Next meeting July 10 will be floating. Adjourned 8:31 PM.
