1. Called to Order at 7:06 PM. Present: Jeff C, Greg A, Matt B, Pete S, Mike C, Lynn C, Doug Browne – Farm Bureau Insurance
2. Minutes approved from July (Matt B, Jeff C).
3. Presidents Report: No word on the lake augmentation pump. Need to post updated bylaws on the website. New filing in the Upper Straits lawsuit to install a lake augmentation well but don’t have any information on its contents. Pete will follow up with Arkan Jonna for latest Bay Pointe plans and timeline.
4. Vice President: Shawn McColl is working on winter hats and hockey jerseys.
5. Secretary Report: No report.
6. Treasurers Report: Went over report. Greg motioned and Pete seconded to approve the presented 2024 budget as submitted. Approved.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – Winter party on Feb 3 at Twin Beach, Lynn to check to see if they will actively participate this year. Will do Superbowl squares fundraiser and UM/OSU squares – Matt will forward the link to Greg for promotion. Mike C will look into Euchre tournament for 1/20 weekend. Bowling will be during March Madness.
   b. Water Quality – No report
   c. Ecology/Biology – Got permit to stock 125 pounds of shiners.
   d. Lake Safety – No problems to report.
   e. Public Relations – No report.
   f. Government Relations – No report.
   g. Associations – Twin Beach – Gas being connected this week and tile to start soon after. Need to replace the security fencing and install finish ceiling under overhang. Hoping to get occupancy in 1 more year.
   
   
8. New Business – Doug Browne committed to donating $1,000 this year (up from $500).
   Discussion on fundraising as a separate committee. Will invite Casey Clapper to next meeting.
9. Old Business – Next meeting Multi Lakes 11/8. Meeting adjourned 8:15 PM
