1. Called to Order at 7:08 PM. Present: Pete S, Greg A, Cody K, Matt B, Bob B, Jeff C
2. Minutes were approved from January meeting.
3. Presidents Report: Appointing Bob B Lake Safety Director. Bay Pointe has been listed for sale
   again.
4. V.P. Report: Going to produce stickers for MSLIA. Have tent, table and stereo for winter party
   – will bring.
5. Secretary Report: Updated on dues collection status.
6. Treasurers Report: Provided written report, but not in attendance.
7. Standing Committee reports
   
   a. Social – No update on fireworks yet, still checking. Request email and Facebook
   reminders for Winter party. Matt will buy hot dogs, buns, water, chips, beer/keg cooler. Need pop-up tent.
   b. Water Quality/Ecology – Absent, but need to get our date locked in for weed harvesting. Follow-up with Al.
   c. Lake Safety – Bob B – Puppy drowned in lake after falling through fishing hole that was not recovered.
   d. Public Relations – Absent
   e. Associations – None.
