1. Called to Order at 7:05 PM. Present: Pete S, Greg A, Chip C, Jared H, Kara D, Sean H
2. Minutes were read and approved from the October meeting.
3. Presidents Report: Relayed the passing of Jim Mann. Went over fish stocking information.
4. V.P. Report: Absent.
5. Secretary Report: Will mail invoices in early January.
6. Treasurers Report: Invoices are printed and they have a fireworks contribution box. The only expense left to go is fish stocking. Need to approve the budget and watch variances in income and expense as we are going to have a deficit budget in order to fund the fireworks in 2021.Motion – Greg 1 st , Jared 2nd – Approve proposed budget, approved unanimously.

   c. Lake safety – Absent
   d. Public Relations – Absent
   e. Associations – CEBIA – membership was down a total of 7 households in 2020 TBCA – membership was up a net of 6 members.
   
   
8. New Business – House next to Hung house has now been demolished and the new house will be going up. Associations should update us next year on membership so we can properly invoice them
9. Old Business – No December meeting – next meeting January.
